Uhmmm, you double the picture (or clip), put a cookie cutter effect over the one which is above the other in the timeline. Change the settings to x: 5 and the strengh of the lines to 1 or 2. The you make it move up and/or down and zoom on the clip a little. Meanwhile you put a black and white (50%) effect on that picture/clip :)

You choose a suare instead of a rectangle and you find them when you add the effect... There is a window which opens itself..
