If you work in a factory and you know of a dangerous situation and do nothing to promote change you are just as liable as the company and can be prosecuted, so now that this issue had been brought up and facts pointed out if no action is taken and someone does get hurt because of the parks lack of leadership and action can the State Parks, its leaders, directors, staff and maybe the state itself be sued for damages?
