Find the two "square" shaped bone at the bottom of each leg. Those kinds of bones are called "IK Bones". I'm just gonna call them IKs. So click the IK that is closest to her leg, the one further away is her toe IK. You want to grab her leg IK. Now after you've selected it, click "Move" and drag the IK bone to where you want it. You know that you've grabbed the IK if the foot doesnt go up, but the toes do. After picking her foot up, make her toes go up, too, so they're not glitchy.
