  • Thunderbirds are go

  • now entering the DTES. watch for jet spray......................i cut myself a nice weather vane with one......the size of a coliseum.

  • I would love to see this machine in action during riot control

  • German engineers, best in the world ! Almost all the Nobel Prizes in sciences are German.

  • What an amazing invention. It's like the saying goes, necessity is the mother of invention. I bet the firefighters wish they had something like this when Saddam set off the Kuwait fires. Now, I don't understand German all too well, but I couldn't help notice that it sounded like he was saying shitstorm at about 00:12 very appropriate for the situation at hand.

  • Puts out a house fire in 5.2 seconds and levels the house in 3.8 seconds

  • excellent turbine

  • excellent

  • That looks so badass! How did you manage to get those engineers to bring your idea to life?

  • @PoloniumSmoker The communists stole all their technology and put their own inventors in jail. As I was in political jail in east germany the SSD/STASI confiscated 1977 all my scrap bocks with all my ideas and sold them systematically... This one to the big brother and the KGB ordered a collective to build it. It worked to extinguish forest fires, but they kept it secret in their country. Later the Hungarians took it also and showed it to the world extinguishing oil-fires after the war.

  • I hope to God that isn't your home address in the description. I don't think you understand how dangerous America is for green inventors such as yourself. Heck inventors period. If you can invent something that can potentially take away millions of dollars from competing industries then they will have you eliminated. At least the KGB let you live. There is a laundry list of murdered inventors here in the USA. The water powered car, clean Carburetor, electromagnetic over-unity engine.

  • @shaheed79 In my case the KGB is at war with me since they killed my mother 1950. There is no hiding – they are everywhere…but they fear the public and killed just my website at spaceports… But I am coming back at inventorwolfhartdotcom

  • @shaheed79 You're absolutely insane. And I know you're now thinking "I AM NOT!" but really spend some time thinking about your life and the things you believe. You'll see.

  • @Maytag818 I don't ever remember writing that. It does indeed sound crazy doesn't it? I assure you that I do not believe such ridiculous nonsense.

  • Only An idea, but would this be better if it was attacking the fire with more mist alongside a concentrated burst whilst injecting the water with the exhaust fumes from the turbine to smother the fire.

  • t-34 mig 21 engine = fire out

  • Mi vagyunk a vilagon a legjobbak !

  • @dexid1 Ugy am! :)

  • Yeah, that was a cute idea, but in the end, it put out HOW MANY oil wells in Kuwait, class? That's right: ONE. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

  • This is a clip from the IMAX film "Fires of Kuwait". its very interesting and the original is in english. The americans use explosives to extinguish the flames. sweet flick.

  • Maybe you could come up with a fix for the Gulf Oil Blowout!

  • @diccarlson69

    I was unable to replay

  • @diccarlson69 O will put together a team of physicists to solve this problem and I offered my help…

I offered also BP my help a long time ago – no reaction - and just today again, because I invented a device to close the pipe of the blow out preventer with a device what every machine shop could build in 1-2 days. I need only the diameter of the pipe from BP… Has somebody the number?

I will publish the smart pipe plug in my website with a link in newpumps.

I need help from a machine shop.

  • @diccarlson69 I am a German Physicist.

I just invented a feasible solution to stop the BP oil gusher with a “smart pipe plug”.

    wolfhartdotus

I know it will work but frustrating fact is, that I can’t get any contact to the right people. All communication channels are clogged – (except the oil pipe).

  • good in tog

  • hungary owned.

  • imagin standing infront of that thing

  • OMG, It would feel like a personal zunami

  • its tsunami

  • Economics seem to have been the reason for the attack on Kuwait and the control of its oil wealth. Branko Babic put forward the long tube displacement patents to the Kuwaiti Oil Corporation in London UK, that was accepted and used to contain over half of all the burning oil wells in Kuwait. The best technology designed to contain the damaged oil wells, the metal plugs, was NOT allowed to be used in Kuwait. Babic was not paid a penny of the 100 million pounds, outstanding in patent royalties

  • wtf?!great machine!!!

  • szépkis videó:-)

  • imagine that used as crowd control

  • put one of those on a big ass truck and clear the traffic out from in front of you lol.

  • *flush* and all the shit is gone xD

  • nice shower!!! XD

  • Fire needs heat, fuel and oxygen to burn so I guess it works by taking the heat away quickly enough to extinguish it. And wow did it ever work !

  • I think the way to look at this is that fires need the right balance of heat, fuel, and oxygen; think of the process going on here like what happens in a carburetor, if you have the perfect mixture of oxygen and gas your engine runs great but if you get too much gas or too much oxygen and it wont ignite. The water+high winds suffocates the fire and prevents it from burring

  • I dont think suffocation is the cause here. When you blow out a candle, you extinguish the flame by flooding the environment of the fire with so much air that the fire cant compensate with enough heat to overcome the load. This jet is blowing so much air and water on the fire instead of suffocating it of air its instead removing the heat so fast as to extinguish the combustion.....

  • fuck Saddam Hussein has burned 700 Kuwaiti oil wells

  • can anyone tell me how many countries helped kuwait to shut off the fires ?

  • Hungarian inventors are great! look the "hungary article and science section in english wikipedia

  • Wicked cool!

  • call dat thing for the next squirt gun fight

  • damn nice lol... smart thinkin hungary!

  • This is Szolnok's?

  • just an amazing vid, don't even know anything bout it, mostly cool looking.

  • Hungarians made it. :)

    Hajrá Magyarok!

  • Not only is this a pretty cool invention, but the almost poetic usage of old Soviet military equipment for saving lives is equally interesting.

  • i need to get one of these for my shower!!

  • lol would be cool aye xD

  • hungarian machine.

    THE FIRST!!

    THE BEST!!!

  • stears81 are you retarded ??? holy shit

the german are one of the greatest inventors are all times...

that's why it's called the land of idea's

look it up google it before you make of fool of yourself

and 80 German Nobel Prize winners is good enough and the noble prize as to much politics in it to be neutral.

  • Nobel prize the most famous scientific award in the world. Germans have 70 scientific type Nobel prize, Hungarians has 14 scientific nobel awards for 9 million people. Hungarians are more relevant inventors than Germans.

  • you have an insecurity complex

     look for german discoveries/inventions

fuck the nobel awards...it's full of politics

  • haha the scientific nobel awards are more less in germany. Read Hungary in Wikipedia and search the science article

  • volkswagen engine...

  • germans hadn't great inventors. They had only great engineers, but they are poor in inventors. Just look their low population/nobel-award ratio

  • sorry if this is a surprise for you...but great engineers are great inventors.

  • this german man is a KING

  • He is!

  • sounds like its charging up lol

  • Absolutly awesome

  • Good job...

  • Wow. All the sudden I feel a strong urge to pee .

  • lol

  • this works with forrests?

  • Of course; I invented it against forest/wild fires! A large turbine is able to transport the water over great distances in the highest trees -- even against the wind. This would be the right tool to stop the worst fire front. Enough old tanks and old turbines are standing around. One has only to put them together and the next wild fire is totally extinguished on the first day the water--turbine-tanks are strategically appropriate deployed...

I invented also a version for houses...

  • WHy isn't America using these for their fires in California???

  • Good question. More people should ask this question, but not me. I ask the same question for many years, but never got any answer not even from the Governor Schwarzenegger.

Everybody who read this should ask the authorities etc.

  • this device is very ineffective against anything but an oil well fire . The amount of water required and lack of its mobility when working makes it tottally useless for forest fires . As well , you would need around 1000 of them per square mile of fire to do any good , and where would you get the water from? (and don't even think sea water as the remaining salt residue would completely destroy the environment!!!!)

  • I'm sorry to say(see earlier post ) this unit would NOT work on forrest fires , for many reasons . lackof mobility when operating , large volumes of water required , un-driveable terrain(why do you think they use aircraft - how well do you think this could climb the side of a mountain!!!!)

As stated earlier , you would need about 1000 per square mile to be effective , with each unit requiring 4 4 inch hoses to supply it , I don't think so !!!!

  • Porra!!

    Que isso, hidrogênio?

  • Brilliant!! That looks like something out of the Thunderbirds.

Here's an idea, how about a large water jet drive (like a jetski, but more like the size used on large high speed Cat ferry's) attached to the underside of a firefighting aircraft. Instead of just opening bomb bay doors as they do now which seems very inefficient, each airborne water dump can cover a larger area per water load using a high volume jet drive to regulate the drop. ??

  • do you pump water into the jet exhaust? or siphon it? either way, what's the water volume used? how many hydrants are involved, and how many booster pumps are needed?

  • The rule of thumb is: one water hose for one turbine mounted on top of the exhaust (directly from the hydrant.). The exhaust blows the water in little droplets and transport it over the long distance the turbine is able to blow.

The theory goes much further for more sophisticated solutions, but you would have already the most powerful fire extinguisher.

I will support everybody in the US building it. You need only an old turbine from the aircraft junkyard and something to mount it.

  • Wow! Ill pass this on to my cousin who works for haliburton to see what he thinks.

  • yep... a bottle of bubbly to quench the thirst after quenching the fire.

  • good to know.:)

  • cuz riot control might be to much.

  • damn thats tight yo. why did u realy invent this for?

  • I said it in my other video: to make something useful out of the war machine -- the Russian Mig 19, as they came 1959 to Germany. Fire will always be a problem. This water turbine make the fire extinguishing about 100 times more effective, especially for large wild fires and difficult fires as in a tunnel etc. Tests in Germany have proven that a large fire can be extinguished in seconds while it took hours with conventional methods.

  • What was it Will Smith said in Independence day after having flown the alien spacecraft??? "I have got to get me one of these!!!" AWESOME!!! Of course, as a former Police Officer...I must agree with Crushnkill about using it for riot control!!!

  • ...but this was not the purpose I invented this...

  • LOL! Now lets see this thing used for riot control!

  • 00:38 "Oooooo! HAAA!"

  • 00:38 yeah caught in the act with the booze lol

  • I saw that on Nova I think... in a story they were doing about Kuwait. In the time it took them to get that thing set up and running the Americans had knocked a couple dozen fires.

  • pLEASE TELL ME HOW MUCH WATER WAS NEED TO EXTINGUISHER THAT PETROL FIRE, AND FROM WHERE CAME THIS HUGE AMOUNT OF WATER. What bring the water to the device, or had the device pushed the water.

  • the water was seawater piped from the persian gulf via piplines.Pumps pumped the water(duh) but the device just sprayed/squirted/whatever

  • goddame.... truck is rocked hard! how come its possible?

  • wow.. amazing how dam heavy those tanks are to be able to have to jet engines firing and it stays completely still

  • awesome.
