This is different than the album version i believe.. Let your Dim Light Shine is one amazing album! Prob better than Grave Dancers Union. Some great song writing here, as shown by this song.

I still remember my first introduction to Soul Asylum. Fall of 1993. I was going to a state magnate school. I didn't listen to rock music at the time, but my roommate did and had one of their CDs. I loved it, and is one of the reasons I started listening to rock. Unfortunately most of the stuff out there today is crap, so I wind up listening to 80s and 90s music still.

@elirosen1391 Maybe it's because Dave sings an underlying part beneath Dan. Actually I recorded this album and this song was one of my favorite ones to work on. Dan co-wrote this with somebody outside the band, and I felt it was a nice contrast to all the other Pirner compositions.
