  • ball and chain lol

  • 3 people got the spell for Locotionary Substitution.

  • I just "aww"ed at him giving her top billing @6:36

  • @KitsunenoHibi Yay!! XD

  • 3 people got kicked in the face by a pair of stockings

  • @NicoleDunn33 that made my day.

  • 3 people accidentally clicked "dislike"

  • Disney realy knew how to make a good film great. Dancing clothes and Nazis what could be better?????

  • what???? no dancing bra???!!!

  • I completely forgot about the part when Mr. Brown juggles the apples.

What is the meaning of that spell? I know what it does but I'd like to know what the words themselves mean

  • lol... you can't fall in love in one afternoon:)

  • im stupid enough to still not understand how they made the clothes fly (yes im sure its REALLY obvious ). anyone mind educating me? i want to say string.

  • I don't remember Nobody's Problems for me when I first saw it when I was younger lol

  • @insaneblondechick It (and many other songs) wasn't included in the original. It was a deleted scene that they put back in for the 25th Anniversary Edition.

  • @insaneblondechick That's because it wasn't on the original release, only the restored edition. It's definitely a sweet, sentimental song, though I think it would have been even more effective if Miss Price choked up on the last note, then broke down and wept. Because we all know she's only trying to hide her sadness.

  • LOL! Poor Roddy McDowell, attacked by bewitched clothes in this movie and then attacked by vampires in 'Fright Night' years later! He can't catch a supernatural break!

  • Big LOL at the spell

  • 1:21 Oi! me Sunday trousers!

  • "Nobody's Problems", that could've been me :'( Sounds like what I'd been telling myself for years about being alone. Just figured I'd grow old and peculiar and be a spinster. Now I've found someone to grow old and peculiar with me! Even though it's 2 in the morning, I want to call my boyfriend just to tell him "Love you, see you soon"

  • @klstehn I was the same until she came along... There is no better feeling than rediscovering love just as you've given up hope, is there? :)

  • Nobody's Problems for Me

    How very true and sad.

Takes a really gifted author and a really gifted singer to make such a heart-touching song.

    Now I'm being sentimental...

  • @ShmelevJr I have to agree there, touches me very deeply that song. It's too true for me.

  • @RosemaryWeir The same for me. Although I'm only 22 and busy all the time, so it's maybe too early to give up on myself.

  • @ShmelevJr I'm 17...... Put it this way... I'm called "The Scrooge of Valentine's Day"! But maybe I haven't had much luck.

  • @RosemaryWeir Don't worry it'll probably happen when you're not looking. It did for me.

Sorry to have but in like that.

  • This part creeped me out.

  • THATS MY NIGHT GOWN! well i am not responsible for its behavior

  • The look on the Vicar's face - "It's the Devil's house!"

He won't be after Miss Price anymore.

  • @WillScarlet16 Yeah, shame, he was cute.

  • I don't remember the song at 8:00 on my old VHS tape...watched the DVD today and discovered it! LOVE IT. Angela is fantabulous. =) <3

  • @DorisDayFanatic me neither. It wasn't on mine growing up so i guess it was in the archives.

I wish they'd go back to germany

And never come back again, Hey!

  • Wow I never expected Disney to cut a whole musical sequence! This is new, different from the 1990's VHS I have. This number wasn't in it!

  • omg! new song! why wasnt nobody's problems in the original original D:

  • nobody's problems is such a pretty song. It fits perfectly.

  • The postmistress's accent is all over the place - she travels from Wales to Scotland and back!

  • It's been SO long since I've seen this movie. I'm surprised they had cut out 'Nobody's Problems'. I also agree the dubbing is retarded. Does anyone know why they did that? Like I said its been a hell of a long time since I watched it.

  • Growing up in the 90's was obviously less 'technological' but this film used to stun me I watched it all the time this was porberbly my best childhood film. And I look for films online but who would of thorght YouTube would let you put it on!

  • Miss Price: That's my nightgown!

Mr. Browne (thoroughly unfazed): Is it really, my dear?

Miss Price: Yes, and I'm not responsible for its behavior.

Mr. Browne: Obviously not, my dear.

Oh my, the laughter. Great movie.

  • @7:00 dont leave mr. brown!!!! :'-(

  • wow thanks for having this movie. loved watching it growing up in the 90s.

  • 0:16 there doing the moon walk hahah

  • i love this movie is amazing

  • "Sort of a secret."? Sound more like the Secret Case of Cold Feet. Eh Mr. Brown?

  • "Do you MIND?!"

And she takes the nightgown back like it's all the pastors fault.

    XD

  • Is it Angela singing that song near the end? That always makes me cry, this scene! *Cries softly*

  • Love the bit were paul is dancing then that hat falls on him LOL!oh and the bit with Cosmic Creepers

  • paul is so cute!! "I still think you should be our father." !!! :)

  • Those objects coming to life still scare me!

  • are you kidding me when I was a kid the stuff coming alive that amazed me esp the knights

  • I advise you not to watch Mary Poppins.

  • That's terrifying as well, but not as much as an army of knight spirits, hehe.

  • I love how the cat's just sitting there. Favorite clip in the whole movie.

  • it is so funny when paul is dancing with the tights

  • OI! me sundy trasers!!!!!!!! lol

    (oi my sunday trousers)

  • Mr. Brown, would you please CONTROL your SHOES!!! lol!

  • i luv that part lolol

  • Yeah, that part and Charlies Sunday pants.

  • the substitution scene reminds me of Mary poppins cleaning scene when the objects trapped michael in the closet!!!

  • them are some vindictive inanimate objects...

  • 2:20 The gown totally was raping the gay man...

  • thats Roddy McDowall---Cornelius from Planet of the Apes!!! ha ha ha

  • I can so picture Cynthia Nixon doing this in a remake, if they ever did remake it.

  • This is one movie along with Mary Poppins that should never be remade.

  • Mary Poppins is my favourite movie EVER EVER EVER!

  • One of the best quotes in the movie :

    "That's my nightgown!"

    "Is it really, my dear?"

"Yes, and I'm not responsible for it's behaviour!"

  • gotta love Mr Brown in this

  • HEHEHE this is realy funny! 3:44

  • AUUUH! tats looks realy hurt! 2:03

  • man i'd completely forgotten how great this scene was!

  • I love it when the night gown attacks the Vicar at 2:15. Me and my brother used to react this scene with me as the Vicar and my bro as Miss Price.

    XD

  • I LOVE how long he kisses her hand...

  • 1:32 FALCON PUNCH

  • OMG The cat's face at 1:03!

    XD It's like he's saying "A vacation. That's what I need."

  • 1:48 - That looks fun!

  • So when is she gonna sit at a typewriter and have somebody and write a murder.

  • Angela Lansbury got an amazing singing voice.

  • angela landsbury is a disney legend the dance sequences in this are awesome

  • LOL that was random!!! 1:34 those pair of hose kicked paul squarely in the nose!! poor guy, he got a bit of the brunt in this piece.. attacked by a hat too

  • Those are some pretty passive Nazis.

  • Passive Agressive

  • i love the bit where the lads trousers sneak out the wardrobe an kick him up the arse lmao

  • Who plays the vicar guy?

  • Roddy McDowall

  • i meant i wish they made into a Stage musical

  • i Wish they made this into a musical

  • If this isn't a musical, then what is it?

  • "nobody's problems for me" oh, how I wish they kept that song in the movie from the beganing.

  • I love her house, I would love to own that house

  • the shoes do a moonwalk @ 0:17 XD

  • that piests is a fake

  • how so?

  • ROFL -- "That's my nightgown! Is it really, my dear? Yes, and I'm not responsible for its behaviour!"

Love it when the nighgown then attacks that vicar guy outside!! Love this film so much, why don't they make them like this anymore...

  • ok miss price should have taken prof brown back in her bed with the travellig spell, but then plot device wouldnt make it convenient

  • This part is MOTHERFUCKING HILARIOUS!!

  • The last part is so sad... But Angela is wonderful!!!!!!!!

  • the white nightgown was always a little creepy

  • lol! i always thought that too

  • It was quite creepy, but not as scary as the part when that executioner's armor is walking toward the German Colonel ready to chop off his head.
