SOME is legit. Aikido is legit, and could definitely work to your advantage when you catch people by surprise with it. But no-touch ko's, multiple pressure-point ko's, etc? A lot of these really "impressive" ki/chi manipulating move rely on the receptiveness of the person it's being done to. Faith healers work their "miracles" on people who fully believe that faith healers can perform miracles. Ditto with this stuff. The second one of these guys knocks me out without touching me, I'll shut up.
