The video is a prankster. Franklin Richards is the youngest child of Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Woman. He is ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL CHARACTER in Marvel world, possessed powers same as the Celestials (i.e. reality, time manipulation). He has power greater than Odin, Zeus and Dormammu. Awesome.

Little Franklin Richards doesn't look 40 to me. I think I preferred the guy picked for the role of Reed Richards more than the man used in the Fantastic Four movies. That really isn't saying much, though.
