I think body building is great for who ever. However it is unfeminine. A male body builder could impregnate a woman, a female body builder is unlikely to successfully carry a baby to term because hormonally she isn't really a woman anymore. Why do you think no body builder has boobs unless she gets implants? She is inherently masculanizing her body. Which is fine and awesome but it isn't untrue or sexist.

@TheSweMu I personally know several who lost babies while bodybuilding. 4% body fat is not enough to carry a baby to term healthily and breast feed. You have to gain body fat, which will probably lead to lost muscle do to burning fewer calories.

This only goes to show what working your body can do for a person. She is as strong and healthy as anyone half her age and will continue to be so as long as she continues her wonderful life style. Most people her age have a medicine chest full of expensive prescription durgs that are killing them while they sit on their asses looking at the TV.
