@JPMusiclife you obviously don't know what real art is. The fact that he films ideas and digs deep in the feelings of everyday people with the same situations is beautiful. I doubt you'll get that with a movie about a secret agent or a girl dating a vampire (which is a bad interpertation of dracula.)
@MissDarkStrangeLight ok...I said it was too bland for MY taste. I understand exactly what he is trying to to capture and I applaud him for it. But I blame the editor/ cinematographer the. The director. Seriously, you should stop making such accusations like that, you'll come of as a jerk. Calm down. Just expressing my opinion. Not trying to desecrate all of his movies.

see this one...It's just that it will reach a certain point in the story where I am loving how it develops...then it seems to almost trail off. Maybe another look at it will change my mind. Im guessing this is one where it needs to be digested slowly....like cake :)
@JPMusiclife haha then again, he kinda does make films as he goes along. Which i find amazing about him. One of my favorite directors out there. Just remember to think yourself as part of the film. Like if your one of the characters. Thats how i enjoy his films. Because throughout the whole thing, it doesn't seem impossible for something a character in his films is going through to happen to me. (:
Oh trust me, thats how I watch EVERY FILM. its the only way to enjoy it as much as possible. Also keeping low expectations. I guess maybe for me this one was just a little hard to follow. I am not used to his kind of spontaneity style lol. It is original, just hard to get used to! :)
