The "Safe Haven" program is no good.
It's says you have to give it to "someone" at those places.
Must young girls are scared and embarrassed to be seen by someone when turning over a baby. They may be even worried about the person grabbing them.
Maybe they should install a drive-thru window drop of box at hospitals.

If I was a NewBorn, I'd rather be abandoned any where, then had parents that had me when there were 50 years old and would be dead before I even have a chance to finish high school. Congrats on your Babies Nancy.
