The fart sound is clearly the vibrations of the vehicle/camera. If you listen carefully you can hear the vibrations happening at the beginning of the video too.  Trust me, if it were a fart, Lemonette would have either edited it out or made a funny comment about it.

YES! Happens to me! I wake up and realize I have to do my hair.. change the cat litter.. make my lunch. Then, I'm 1 hr late and I realize the garbage still has to be taken out and the dishwasher emptied and I can't find my keys. Yep! That was definitely a fart at 0:36 seconds; you can see and hear it. It was classic: she inhales to fill up her chest and then pushes down on her abdomen, creating an expulsion of wind that rattles her thighs. A true master, she could make a truck driver blush. But anyway, I like her videos. She is a neat lady.

I believe its the camera on your dashboard making it appear you are an awesome farter in cloth seats. You just need something to stabilize the camcorder(get rid of the vibrating) perhaps velcro tape or even a piece of cloth. You might wanna lay off the enchiladas as well.
