I'm one of the singers in the audience and know Gary well - he wasn't at all drunk that evening. He often moves in unusual ways to convey the intensity he's feeling while performing - especially if he doesn't have the guitar to ground him.

What's the use on commenting on whether he is stoned or not.....I've seen them live and have met them, out of the stae, he is completely sober-by the way, there is such a thing as getting extremely nervous when in front of an audience, and ,and many times, this nervousness makes you do weird things.....He is still, one of the BEST singers of today....
