No, we should not pay them to be nice. We also should not attack them. We have not been attacked and our military was formed to defend our country from attack. These war mongers have somehow gotten away with it in the past and for far too long in my opinion. The missile shield has only caused reconfiguring of other country's readiness. Like shorter range sub attack stances and the such. We are playing chess here with our lives. This war will reach our shores and we will have great sorrow.

The missile shield looking good now I bet...too bad that the US can't use it as a bargaining chip any more thanks to the weak Obama administration pulling the plug. I guess we just be nice to them and they will be nice to us...huh? what? Maybe pay them millions like the North Koreans to be good like the Clintons.
