It may adversly affect overall develoment of an area; normally you pass many comments regarding UP-may be partiall true also, but by these comments you are not going to improve the situation in you mother town or home state. Inspite, if any body is planning to invest money he may be afraid. So behave like a son of soil not like an outsider always critisizing the situation.
