LOL. Although Charlie Cook should have said "former mayor of Denver" and the fact that he got the names mixed up, possible the actual persons, Charlie Cook is actually a pretty bright guy. He's the founder of the Cook Political Report which is a very influential newsletter and the CPVI (Cook Political Voting Index) is a really useful tool.
