i gotta say from the fight night games ive played fight night round 2 was the best one because the way you can move around so good and just jab motherfuckers. i havent played fight night champion but played 3 and 4 and i must say it wasnt better than this game and i had this shit for the xbox years ago

@blit6 ROund 3 is a prettier round 3... R4 changed the gameplay making it faster but putting a bigger focus on punch accuracy and countering (you can lose an entire fight because of one missed punch leaving you wide open.)

@clitwize That's exactly why some people (including myself) don't use them. They're ridiculous and they don't make a fight entertaining. When you do an entire fight only using haymakers they are no longer unique and the match loses it's spark. These videos showed different techniques and styles. I make videos that I would like to watch and that's why my video is like this. I'm sure you could find some games with people only using haymakers, but you won't find that with me.

@clitwize umm because in real boxing you can "sissy punch" the shit out someone who keeps swinging like an ape and eventually their brain will be so rattled they drop. (this is the reason I love round 4, haymakers are only good as an opertunistic punch, if you try to use nothign but full strength punches you wil get counterd like nobody's buisness... I'm also happy with round 4 becasue most matches last 5 + rounds like IRL)

@BMP786 but real matches are never this high key, in real fights they sit back and then walk as the music plays... very few use pyro and there are no fancy angles.... then they get into the ring and the pre fight staredown is wher the tension is thick. (hell in real fights most first rounds barely have any punches thrown since they are sizing each other up)

i imported the jap version of HNI2 - Victorious Road its pretty good.. the engine is a bit like VB2 Fighting spirit except for a few things.. like you can't knock peoples mouthpieces and stuff.. but it has tons of more boxers, and the insane Boxer's Road mode where you make your own boxer and fight thru weight classes, chose your boxer's diet, training drills etc....

most of the menus are in english but its easy to figure out the rest of the jap menus.. plus theres some guides.

This is probably what a real fight between the both of them would be like: Ali's stick and move philosophy being too much for Marciano to really do anything, given Marciano isn't known for footwork AT ALL, Marciano's known for power, Ali's known for speed, agility and grace(not saying Ali isn't powerful, because he does has above average power)

In Round 4 you have robes, you decide how the boxer walks in and his entrance music. I think it's a big bonus.

That would be pretty cool. I liked in FN2 you could change the fireworks, lights, entourage, etc. I had always wanted to change the character's walk though.
