I was so confused at the tab when I first saw it. I realised, when you play with the capo on the 4th fret, when you look at the sheet music, you don't play 4 on the eighth fret, because your still playing according to the normal style of the guitar without the capo. I hope I don't confuse anyone, and I hope I helped.
