Yes, they lip synced. So what? Imagine them singing in EVERY CONCERT and EVERY SONG. This will strain their voice. Not only does this apply to SNSD but this applies to other artists too. They are human. They need a break too. You can't expect every one of them to be perfect.

Whenever she dances in songs, it's just laziness holding her back (there's the ice princess for you) and over the years she's gotten kinda stiff. If you wanna see her dance, watch her dance to Naughty Girl by Beyonce she's REALLY good. Also, watch snsd's performance of chaotic...she was right up there with hyoyeon.
