@nat0000ham there's no inner/outer chest. everyone's chest is naturally built bigger outside and poorly built on the inside region. by working out your chest a lot, the size will will come as they weight you put goes up (therefore, your strength. size will come with strength) and it will even out,. basically, your "inner" chest develops last, but with time and effort, you can do it. hope it helped

I usually do 2 minute rests and finishing a workout with a warm shower that ends in a freezeing cold rinse helps.. Alot, it is kinda uncomfortable at first but you get used to it and it helps tons. So Cold Showers after workout = Good. Helps get rid of Latic acid.
