  • And it doesn't widen' out your chest. If he knew atonomy he would know that the muscle fibres that go from the middle of your chest, only stretch out till your musculus deltoideus (shoulder muscle) which mean that when you go further down than chest line, you're no longer stretching your chest muscle, but your shoulder muscle. Its okay to go to chestline, you wont be hurting your joints here because the muscle fibres in your chest is attached in the middle ... -

  • U look like one of the guys from JLS!

  • isn't that what the butterfly attachment is for?

  • I always get a small pain feeling in my front deltoid when doing this, got any tips on how to fix this?

  • @Hiyrustrider Yeah........Little WIMPS should not be lifting over 3lbs

  • i only have one 20lb weight is it alright if i just switch it up after each set or should i wait till i get another weight???

  • @xTurboAttackx if you manage to not fall of the bench then yea:D

  • Nice clank on the frame in the beginning.

  • Nice workouts for chest.

  • Thanks bro.

  • Better to do these on flat ground as it limits your range of motion. also keep arms straight but not locked. :)

  • listen if you want to lose weight eat chocolate bars and double cheese burgers.

do not listen to what anyone says you will get ripped and skinny

  • @infectedXparasiteX LOL dont forget to eat 20 mcdonalds meals a day for excellent protein.

  • @plazaff 20 ? 40 is better double cheese

  • @infectedXparasiteX LMFAO Make that 50,trust me you will get ripped in no time XD.

  • Not right

  • my fav chest exercise, because it doesn't look that hard, but then people try it :-) and they die under their weights of choice. >:)

  • lol a buff carlton

  • everytime i od this exercise i can feel it in my biceps. am i doing it wrong?

  • @AmericanGMS

no, you're working your biceps as well, cause you need them to lock your forearm in that angular position. Therefore, you'll work both your pecs and you biceps, but mostly pecs

  • Nice technique, thats how i do mine as well. I was checking videos to see if there is any variation between people and yours are almost the same as mine. Saw one really bad tutorial before this video so im glad to see something correct :D

  • is that the crescendo folding weight bench?

  • hmm, i dont want to be any where near his size, but i want an ok build chest, my chest is building a lot (thicknes) in the top corner (where the armpit is) would flies be good for the inner chest?

  • @nat0000ham there's no inner/outer chest. everyone's chest is naturally built bigger outside and poorly built on the inside region. by working out your chest a lot, the size will will come as they weight you put goes up (therefore, your strength. size will come with strength) and it will even out,. basically, your "inner" chest develops last, but with time and effort, you can do it. hope it helped

  • women love guys with powerful chest and big arms. trust me.

  • nice man but i think its not natural lool you chest

  • How come you don't use the butterflies on your bench, but instead use dumbells...just wondering.

  • @microdike

He's trying to show proper form and explain the motion, not show off. All the instructional vids do it the same way.

  • Come on people, these videos are not that bad! He is simply explaining the movement, why criticize this man?

  • Superman is 7.3X10^55 times stronger than this 0.0000000000001X10^1 guy

  • @Za7Dom9 superman is a pussy.

  • @Za7Dom9 and this guy is 7.3X10^55 times stronger than you ;)

  • @Za7Dom9 LOL how did you calculate that

  • @Za7Dom9 If he's times stronger, than why make this guy " 0.0000000000001X10^1" ;)

  • @Za7Dom9 nerdgasm.

  • @36bpty nothin' to it

  • is it possible to do this efficiently without a bench and lying on the floor

  • @mancitycrazy yeah, thats what i do, its better to do them on the floor i think because you cant go beyond the plane of your body, as the floor limits the range of motion, it prevents injury doing them on the floor

  • @mancitycrazy Yes, however you won't get a full stretch, and it is often debated whether you should indeed go lower than the plane of your body or not. I'd say try to go a little lower then the chest, but that's just me. Some are more prone to injury, and the floor would be an excellent choice.

  • Ummm do the side bits on that bench do that aswell? or don't they work as good?

  • @microdike bruv are u dumb, he isn't doing this video to impress, it is to show technique, to help people. jheeez

  • nice tits

  • that's what carlton would look like if he were a juicehead

  • Sweet, a video that actually looks like he's doing it correctly! Cheers!

  • your videos have made me buffin up by a major~ plus someones elses eating write video's~ im stronger, faster, and fully healthy at age 17

  • Did these for a warm up to my regular DB bench.

A lot harder than I thought. I think I might move them into my regular routine.

  • Comment removed

  • your amazing man :)

  • ... you suck

  • how do you even do that kinda thing

  • stary lokcie ida jak najdalej tulowia !

  • Lol, well true. He is good at the vids etc, but well I just don't get why he didn't take the bar off first? He might as well have to save himself hitting the weights on it!

  • Flys KILL ME! one of the hardest excercises for me, after about one set of 10 i'm done!

  • (Just starting out) I did it with 10lb for 3 sets of about 8 and it's like burning hell to bring it back up.

  • Love doing these down the gym

  • 1. Easier to get women.

    2. More confident.

    3. Healthier and live longer.

    4. Strength is always good.

    5. Athleticism.

    6. Friendships with people you lift with.

  • very true!

  • woman dont neccecerily live longer like the oldest person ever was a man

  • lols amen to tat lolol

  • I've found that a lot of friendships I develop at the gym end in awkward situations where I have to explain to some dude that I'm not a cocksucker.

  • @smashos85 looool dats fucked up

  • @Jyd1337 ability to fight becomes better too. :)

  • man i don't know why i am feeling so weak , may be lack of motivation , can anyone give me a good advice not to give up exercising ?

  • Hey bud, just look at yourself in the mirror naked! If you think you're all that you could be, then stop training and eat ice cream ever day for the rest of your life. If not, I think that what you see is motivation enough to get those quality meals in and head to the gym 4-5 times a week!

  • Just go out of your house and check out the obese people. That's how you'll be if you stop. Feeling weak is not an excuse. There's a difference between winners and losers, winners do things that losers dont.

  • Hell yeah Brother!!!!!

  • @armil365riza and thats that

  • Do u have money to spend like crazy ?.....No then keep working out!

  • It's safer to do the flys on the ground.

  • i heard you have to bend your elbows in more then that... is that true?

  • true very true

  • The pec arms get in the way on my bench, and I workout by myself meaning its hard.

  • Mite have been easier to remove the barbell first! Before doing the flys!!!

  • haha this is what i do, its no problem

  • @kingofcraig i already had the same thought BEFORE he started to do the flies ^^

  • @1337rage Lol yeah bless him.

  • buff TI

  • I usually do 2 minute rests and finishing a workout with a warm shower that ends in a freezeing cold rinse helps.. Alot, it is kinda uncomfortable at first but you get used to it and it helps tons. So Cold Showers after workout = Good. Helps get rid of Latic acid.

  • how many different exercises u do and how long does 1 workout take you?

  • 4 different excercises, Monday Tuesday are chest, wensday is legs, thrusday is back, Friday is Abs, weekend is break. Usually between 1 and 2 hours if I take shorter breaks

  • thx but i will def not gonna do ur split o.O

  • what about the biceps and triceps and forerams

  • As long as you need to recharge and remove most of the lactic acid from your muscles. Just rest as long as you feel needed. Usually that's a few minutes, depending on your shape, diet, bodystructure etc.

  • how many minutes of reset between each set?

  • 30-90 seconds for muscle hypertrophy.

  • can you do this just laying on the floor

  • yea u can do it on the floor or bench

  • it will be kind of wrong, Cause your albows will hit the floor, så you will either have to press up eralier or touch the floor, but then your are not having the muscle in contact.

  • That helps alot dumbell flys.. good workout for biceps. keep up the good work u have a good body

  • That's a good workout for chest, not biceps. There are other much better exercises for biceps.

  • Don't stretch below your bodies plane, because you can damage your shoulders.

  • Awesome, I'm going to add that to my routine.

  • ok good im going to ty that

  • Well done
