  • corsair power supply is nice..but 1000w is way overkill for this set up...maybe if you add 2 5970's.

  • .....and the RAM is totally inappropriate for this Mobo.

  • Your cable management sucks. you really need to do something about it

  • same everything

  • WTF!?!?! Rams kingtons!!!

  • Mines:

    ASUS p6t se

    Intel Core i7 920 2.67ghz

    Nvidia gtx 295 1789MB

    3GB RAM

    Vista Home Basic 64bit

    Antec 900 Case.

  • how much did you spend on this?

  • £1300 inc delivery

  • will DDR2 1066 work on this board says it supports ddr3 dual channel

  • DDR2 and DDR3 and not backwards compatible. Only DDR3 RAM works with the Rampage Extreme.

  • first PC? wow..nice..

  • Its always god to have better PSU!

  • you dont need 1000 W 750 or 850 W is enough for 3 GTX285 ^^

and for two mybe for two 4870 is 600 W enough man !

  • is that true?..

  • Comment removed

  • I have 1 Too just bought it today OMG!!!

but i still havnt change... coz my ddr2 ram wont fit there :(

  • Does this Motherboard work with Nvidia SLI ?

  • No intel chipset boards support SLI, you must get a Nvidia based chipset. Examples are the 680i, 750i, 780i, and 790i.

  • What for 1000 MW PSU ?

    560 would be enough...

  • planning to crossfire dude.. that's why.

  • for a 4870 in crossfire 800 or 850 watt will be more then enough . every body makes the same mistake about to much watt. On a computer show coolermaster had a stand with 2 motherboards, both with a q9550 and both with 2! 9800x2's and it was all running by one 900watt power supply. the setups were both running 3dmark vantage at the same time without problems. so thats evidence that you won't need a 1000 watt powersupply. i think you can better use your money for something else;)

  • like ram.... that sucks

  • i would never consider getting anything below a 800watt psu

  • BTW DONT WAISTE MONEY ON WATER COOL unless you got a quadcore. a little dual isnt going to need it. Im using stock and my temp is only 111 F. normal is 130 F and im overclocking a 2.53 GHz Intel Wolfdale cpu to 3.4 so believe me I know if you need watercooling.

just get some more powerful fans and maybe add a few. I did

CHECK OUT MY GAMING RIG VIDEO!

  • mine is Q6600 dude.

  • only thing you need to update is ur fucking keyboard and your mouse/mouse pad. LOL but other then that its a perdy good machine u got there. Check out my gaming rig video!!!

  • i would have gone to town on a rig using that motherboard since its an overclockers board. any reason why you swapped out to the fan instead of water cooling?

  • i just can't afford water cooling for the meantime. but i will go for water cooling someday. still saving cash.

  • you build it yourself?

  • yes.

  • was it it easy? :P

  • same..it doesn't look good /w those stickers.+ he needs better ram and a better cpu cooler...

  • IMO, you shouldnt have littered up the case with all the case badges.. Just my.02

  • you in crossfire mode yet? Upload vid when you are.

  • i hate to be the bringer of bad news but i wonder what'll be the price of this rig after 6 months?

  • wut case?

  • CoolerMaster HAF 932.

  • hey, does the case come with its own lighting? or do would i have to buy a separate LED?

  • no it doesn't.. you have to buy it seperately.

  • the fan in front is leds on

  • u dont need 1000w lol :O

550w would have bin enough for ur system

what a waste of money, you should have got

    better memories instead

rest is good i guess :)

  • yeah, but i'm going for a crossfire this month so i was thinking maybe i need it. and i think i'll just upgrade my memory after the crossfire. thanks for the advice. :)

  • maby he is planing on expanding

  • i hate this case

  • it's rugged.. but for me, it's cool. :)

  • Ive got a strange question , Do the case badges on the front of the case come standard?

  • Nope, except for the coolermaster logo which is molded unto the chassis. the rest were from the MoBo, PSU, CPU and OS.

  • my pleasure mx006.

  • Thanks for uploading this zedric3733. Been looking for some decent inside pics of setups using this case. All I could really find is people moving the camera around too fast in the dark xD.

  • This case is designed for high air flow and Watercooling help more dissipate heat fast, applicable for overclockers. ;-)

  • nice case..

I want to upgrade to this when I go watercooling

I am running a NZXT Tempest w/ black interior.

I lold when I saw the default hsf.

other than that great build mang

  • I want that case too...

    good choice ;)

  • Thanx man.
