if those are your flags it's time to replace them! Snow and ice are hard on flags. One tip, if you want to make a flag last a long time, put the new one up in the spring of the year right as the weather is getting nice, and then it will last longer! That's what I do unless my flag gets really bad and people start to complain about it!
