The Pro's were ultra cool! Proper blokes TV-loads of action, fighting, shootouts & best of all, 3 litre Capris & RS2000's getting thrashed mercilessly! Not a female boss, or gay character to be seen! NO political correct nonsense, just two cool blokes chasing birds, looking at barmaids cleavage, & shooting dodgy Eastern Europeans, whilst driving super cool Capris! CLASS!!! :) Come back Bodie & Doyle!

Bodie & Doyle came in at number 4 in TV's 50 Greatest Hard Men. They were beaten by Regan & Carter but at least they made the top 5. I would have made them number 1.

Who do you reckon would win if Bodie & Doyle had a straightener with Regan & Carter? Regan would paste Doyle I reckon. Umm, Bodie V Carter......That would be a hell of a scrap! An honorable draw perhaps? In real life, Denis Waterman would sort Lewis out, he was a very good amateur boxer in his youth & it shows in his timing on screen.

Like you say in real life Waterman would beat all of them but out of the characters, I think both Bodie & Doyle would win. Because Bodie knows judo and he's had all the training in the SAS and all that and Doyle used to teach karate so he is very good at it. Regan & Carter haven't had anywhere near as much experience in fighting before they joined The Flying Squad.

Hey Sunshine, SUPERB effort re Bodie & Doyle! Your vid is fantastic! I think 'Wild Boys' by Duran Duran is the PERFECT piece of music for the two lads & their macho antics! It's possibly why I keep a 2.8i Capri as a limited mileage classic that has been modded to 3,000cc with a Turbo fitted! 280 lbs ft of Torque! Bodie would love it! Cowley wouldn't like the fuel bill though!!lol Keep up the good work!
