@420choky - if you pay attention to the video, you see that each of the four wheelers are equiped with headlights, turn signals and license plates. ANYONE can register their four wheeler as long as you add the required turn signals, etc to it so it will be street legal. Pay more attention to the video before you make a comment like that.
