I got this for free with my PSP and I found the game to be kind of frustrating/broken; you lose all your upgrades when you die, some cars' abilities suck compared to other cars, and in story mode a glitch happened and I became invincible (speaking of which *spoiler alert* THE ENDINGS SUCK, look them up and you'll see what I mean).
btw everyone, this is not a sequel of twisted metal 2. it is a remake, because it has some of the same maps and very similar physics. but, a sequel would be a continuation of the story, which i don't think is really possible with twisted metal because you choose your character. although i think playing as marcus kane is always canon
I played all twisted metal games I really felt that 3 and 4 were just really wtf? I think even Small Brawl was better than those ...Head on was amazing so is twisted metal 2 and 1 was good Black was epic and the upcoming ps3 one I hope is the best!

At least head on is better then 3 and 4 combined. It has a couple problems. Hammerhead's new speicial sucks and is a clone of Grasshopper basically and there is only 3 characters with melee attacks (not counting ramming)

@ArchFILMS the rights werent sold or given to 989 by david jaffe, jaffe never had the rights to twisted metal, the series is owned by sony and they decide who makes the game, and back in the days of ps1 sony noticed how good the series was doing with the small company single trac and they thought it could do even better with one of sony's bigger companies so they chose 989 and then after tm3 they thought give them another try and tm4 sucked so they decided to give the series back to jaffe
@ArchFILMS they did not want to sell it but they were going through financial troubles and could not keep the series going until a few years later when they got the series back.
What I hate about this are the MAPS...They are so open with not much to hide or obstacles where you can execute some plans like back in the days of TM4...Oh well the game is "HEAD ON" so the maps are open...xD
