for the ones against stem cells, either fools .or hum own interests..... i understand the problem for doctors and so on ...if it works , no more evasive heart surgeries??? a surgeon would say ... - what am i going todo??? big farma .........my investments...??? etc, etc,.. lets shift things , yes economically ....jobs.. etc.... lets make money out more of the good...like technology in pro of enviorment ..etc...........

Exactly HOW MANY animal diseases and HOW MANY paralyzed animals have been successfully treated with animal embryonic stem cells ? ZERO. Hey, as an MD I'm for it IF IT WORKS and if the parties involved DONATE THEIR OWN EMBRYOS out of "CHOICE." Until then, YOU DO NOT OWN THESE EMBRYOS. The liberals will dangle this false carrot in front of you promising the cure for everything, when in actuality there is NOT 1 medically proven benefit from destroying embryos.

My daughter is 15 yrs. old living with Juvenile Diabetes. She injects animal insulin into her stomach 4-6 times daily.EVERY DAY! It is her LIFE SUPPORT.Without it DEATH is certain!Many other children have passed on due to complications from their diabetes.Are the people that are against stem cell research saying that the lives of our children have no value and are not worth saving(curing)The sun rose and set today without a cure for Juvenile Diabetes. WE NEED A CURE NOW.CHILDREN ARE DYING.

SCNT doesn't work in humans and requires lots of eggs (where it does). The process of acquiring eggs puts women at risk, as 1% of donors suffer serious long-term health consequences, such as stroke, future infertility, and death. Cancer risk appears to increase in them and future children. We will exploit the poor for eggs because they are cheapest. How many should die for this folly?
