PLO Is a direct product of Israeli occupation. When the PLO decided to recognise Israel, Israel decided to support Hamas in order to defeat them. During 2005 when Hamas won elections, Israel and the USA trained Fatah to destory Hamas. When Hamas was not defeated, they imposed an 18 mnth blocakde, sealing all the borders.
