  • actually:

    1-6 reps is strength

    8-12 is hypertrophy

    12-15 is toning

    15-20 is endurance

    Just learned it in my major last semester, but you were close

  • @Jerichosquink you're 100% right, the high reps are only endurance- definition is by low carb diet AFTER the muscle is already there.
