  • THE BEST MUSIC EVER...TQ YOSHIKI..HIDE IS DEFINITELY HAPPY WITH THIS SONG...

  • It's a wonderful song, full of emotions. I believe hide was crying when he heard this song... I know yoshiki has touched his heart as his friend out now when hide is dead.

  • Have not heard this for ages.... Yoshiki's beautiful soul.

  • Does anyone know where the sheet music for this song is?

  • This is awesome, Yoshiki really can make you feel the music.

  • Yoshiki..your music need no words..

  • Usually, I DO NOT cry. Now I cried. Sad :'(

  • Aww...this is really sweet. Thanks for this.

I love the image at 4:50.

    Yoshiki is absolutely amazing.

    R.I.P. hide

  • hide・・・天国で見ててくれているかな・・・。

    泣けてきます。

  • I truly believe this was suicide as hide never felt he was understood, or belonged in the world of strict Japanese culture. I identify with hide as I do not belong to the white british way of life either! Its ok to be different you know if you can live with it.

  • @SpiritedPixie64 i think it was an accident he may have felt out of place but he was changing the world instead of letting it change him i dont think he would just give up like that

  • this is just Beautifull.

  • crying

  • I just love this song, but i can never listen it and look at the pictures at the same time ;___;

Love all of yoshiki's work, he plays very emotional and thats something i love about him :)

    i love yoouu

    if u read this

    come to vancouver (Y)

  • This made me cry :'( So beautiful, I downloaded the sheet music

  • Oh, shit...If I could compose a song it'd be this one, but Yoshiki did it first!

  • Que maravilla

  • 後世に語り継がなくてはいけない音楽。

  • He didn't suicide, what happened was he was intoxicated (due to so much recording time with ja, zoo) during the time he was doing a technique that involved a towel and a door knob to release back and neck pain from hold a guitar for long periods of time. Each guitarist in X-Japan used this trick, but while he was intoxicated he passed out during the exercise.

  • At his intoxication level it was more probable that he couldn't feel the pain in his muscles. So there would be no reason for him to do the towel trick while intoxicated.

  • Nobody knows for sure what happend that day/night, it could be a mistake but it also could be suicide. We'll never know.. I almost wish it was suicid 'cus I can't stand the tought that hide died when he actually wanted to live..

  • i can't stop listening to this song

i feel so inspired, i am working on one of my best drawings now listening to this,

thank you yoshiki, you are an inspiration

and thank YOU for the upload

  • this song is beautiful, Yoshiki is the best pianis, X Japan forever

    xxxx

  • R.I.P Hide

    Beautiful song

Yoshiki is such a talented man.

  • This is a beautiful song. Yoshiki is brilliant.

    Rest In Peace, Hide.

  • 泣ける

  • I am in love with this music! It is amazing!

  • No

Yoshiki is the Drummer and wrote alot of X Japans songs.

Hide was their guitarist who unfortunatly died.

  • No. Hide was their guitarist back in the 90s. Yoshiki is the drummer and pianist. All great musicians and composers, especially Yoshiki. I learned of their music from Rock Band and the song I.V. Intrigued, I googled and youtubed and found that they have a long history and a lot of talent. As a musician myself I am happy to discover X Japan.

  • well this is why i was so glad they were put in RB 2 so more people can hear there amazing music

  • no they were in the same band. Hide has passed away.

  • Yoshiki... Beauty from ashes... this song is so moving, beautiful, and filled with pain, & anguish. This song seems to start off with happy memories, pondering what was with Hide, later loss, and sadness.

  • the time when they performed during hide memorial summit is even more emotional especially toshi voice + their old concert clips

  • :OO

can you send me this track please?

  • How did he die?

  • as far as I know he kinda hung himself on a door with a towel or something, I think it was never prooved if it was an accident (which seems to be the reason) or suicide (because who would hang himself on a door?) anyway, he died in that incident. I dunno if everythings correct :o

  • By looking at the photos its hard to believe he's been dead for almost 11 years, god its so upsetting, a really chillingly beautiful song <3

  • yet another command performance by the GOD

  • This song brings me to tears. Such a beautiful and emotional composition.

  • Beautiful composition.

  • very nice music...

  • C major.

  • how do you know its a C Major..?

    thanks for the info !

  • its kinda obvious major for most of it

  • I can tell by ear. I'm a pianist/musician myself, so yeah. Ahaa.

    And no problem!

  • wow... great ! if could you tell me more about it??? Whats the time signature and rhythm for this song...?? I don't know what is actually the time signature and all... etc.. but i'm required to write in in the report.. please tell me.. !!! because I love Yoshiki's song... but yet i dont know all these details.... :(

  • Hm. I don't have the sheet music or anything, so I don't know all the major changes and details throughout the whole song, but I'm sure it's safe to say the time signature is 4/4 or common time

  • arr.. i see.. well .. if the sheet music.. i can get it.. its pretty easy to search through google...

you can find it im sure.. !

    infinite thanks to you mattaru!!

  • i have it but it's damn hard to play......

  • agreed.

  • c major + f major

  • + a flat majoor

  • this song is so beautiful and sad but i love it and deffinantly thinking about buying the album

Yoshiki is a great musician i listen to this couple times a day.

  • hide forever, even through Yoshiki's hands and music, you are still alive with us!!

  • *Crying* ç__ç~

  • ;___; I feel like crying like now.

  • 5:46 made me cry, it was just chilling, it sent shivers up my spine

  • I dont really like jrock, but this song makes me cry

  • you dont like jrock until you hear X-Japan

  • Hehe, I've heard them and some other bands like dir en grey and Gazette. I must confess I like some of Gazette and Moi Dix Mois. But I don't listen that much to jrock, but a little=)

  • by the way, the pictures are lovely, they match with the song

  • sorry the citations don't work. Where did you get the song?

  • "the citations don't work"? What do you mean? The links aren't dead...

I got this song by buying the CD, it's "Eternal Melody II", a classical album by Yoshiki, released in 2005.

  • it works now sorry hehe. Could you send me the song? i can't find his album here in mongolia for sure

  • I'm sorry but please try to buy the album because I think it's the best way to show your support and appreciation if you like the music...

    You can buy it here:

    w w w . gogo-shopping. com. tw

(delete the blank in the link)

I called the company and asked if they can send the purchase to mongolia and they said yes^_^

(But you must use a credit card to purchase)

I hope this information is helpful to you...

  • hm. Thanks that info really helps. Hey gogo is a mongolia site isn't it?? Sorry i don't have a credit card, i think i'm not eligible. but that info really helped, alright i'll buy any x japan album, or yoshiki album somehow! Because i appreciate them and i love them :-)

  • (′艸‵)

    (^з^)-☆Chu!!

  • oh dear. this is beautiful. I don't wanna say RIP to hide, I don't want him to rest in peace now, i want him to live forever, forever in our hearts, through his music, and through his deeds, god this is making me cry

  • if yoshiki and toshi gave life to X Japan, Hide was the link among all of them... I get sad all the time i remember him T-T

  • just to people who keep saying weird stuff ^^" yoshiki was known to "be guided" by emotions all the time. like when he got angry with the band, or the guys over little things about their performance or songs... Hide used to be the guy who knew how to aproach yoshiki, like... hide may seem like a weirdo but he was actually a calm, intelligent guy. they were kinda like best buddies even though yoshiki knew toshi longer.

  • you are right, hide seems like the guy who can handle anybody. Yes they were best friends

  • Yoshiki really can make astonishing beautiful music. It really touches me.

Just like Arsinen said, I think Yoshiki was in love with hide. It's actually pretty obvious.

  • its amazing how this piece makes me tear...

  • yoshikiの作るメロディーはうつくしい。泣ける

  • at 1:25, was that zilch? sorry if that was a dumb question. i've heard about hide's side project but i've never checked it out

  • its spreadbeaver

  • This music stirs up so much emotion I love it.

  • ahhh~ how can I hold my tears... WHy... our love for X...X-Japan...never ends~ their music flows in our vains~

"how are u doing, Hide san?"

  • It makes me cry because I remember reading that when he wrote this that his hands kept slipping on the keys because of the tears. It took him a long time because everytime he went to work on it he would cry. I think the person most affected by hide's death was Yoshiki himself in a strange way I think he really was in love with hide. Oh god I jsut made myself cry.

  • not jst yourself .....

  • @Arsinen i think your words speaks the truth. Yoshiki has never gotten over hide. And now this law Suit over Head works organization that is run by hide's brother, Matsumoto Hiroshi, it's sad to think that the Image of hide will ever be remove from a concert with Xjapan in the future because of money.I pray Yoshiki has the financial power to keep things good for both sides. RIP Hideto Matsumoto (hide~sama)
  • This song makes me cry almost every time. Yoshiki did a beautiful job.

    We all miss you Hide..

  • this is beautifull =)

    love it <3333

  • so sad T.T but so full of hope at the same time...

i wish i could see yoshiki play this live :)

  • It's my heart, my love, my pain, my sorrows..

Oh I cry in my deseption.

The X will be always in my head.

    So...

  • This is the most beautiful song what i've ever heard... thank you Yoshi <3 ravu you so much
