No it was a bruder 79 on the feltman carousel and it's facade is exactally the same as the one on teh knoebels kiddieland carousel ( S&G carousel ) and sounded exactually the same ( It happened to be a Wihlelm Bruder 79 )
@anglerfly dude man, I don't know what you're smoking... I cannot find any reference anywhere to Feltman's having a Wilhelm Bruder Sohne organ of any kind (model 79 or otherwise).
@alterman156 Yes, this is the same organ from the Feltman carousel, and was reportedly the largest of four organs on that carousel!
The other three organs on the Feltman carousel were:
1. 80-keyless Gebruder Bruder model 104, in a custom case with an animated scene of dancing couples mounted on top of the case. (this organ currently in the Sanfilippo collection, and can be seen on Youtube).
@KawhackitaRag I have seen a video of the Bruder 104 with the mechanical dancing couples on top of the case. That was and still is quite a marvel. I bet many old timers remember that organ when it was in Coney Island. Thank goodness someone made the effort to preserve. If only it could be returned to Coney Island in good hands.
3. very large (100+ keys) Frati cylinder organ (current whereabouts unknown... this may or may not be the large Frati now at Knoebels, or the one in the St. Catharines Historical Museum in Canada.)
@acoustyistics It's a sad fact that many automatic music machine museums do that, much to the frustration of people who may wish to hear a whole tune...
@petermackett37 The figures on this organ are not dissimilar to those on the famous 'Weber Automatische Kapelle' at the Elztalmuseum in Waldkirch. In fact I'd say this instrument is very similar to that one, ie a book-playing orchestrion.

@petermackett37 To my ears this organ sounds like a somewhat louder version of Margaret Cook's Ruth. Great sounding organ, but not as good as a Ruth...

Was this the Gebruder Bruder "Selection" organ that was once on the Feltman carousel at Coney Island?

The ending... The organ sounds like it's breaking down

Sounds more like a car horn on a Model T.

They turned it off mid-tune.

That'a a "speciality " of many museums.

@Wurlitzer157 Probably as a result of the organ being switched off in mid-book, all the workings take a bit of time to wind down
