I love the original and DM and everything and I really think this is a good cover, because it's noncommitally just an easy, pleasant song that isn't trying to be something it's not or be the original but better or anything. Simply just a good song.

Since you only say "the loud voice" i'm *guessing* that

you don't know that it's Martin. Martin Gore of Depeche Mode who wrote the song and together with Nouvelle Vague now and here reinvented it.

I wanted to add that, cause Nouvelle this or that means a lot more when he's around :)

So really when you think about him being involved i would personally

call this song a "semi-cover" / "semi-original".

Updated to this side of the millennium.
