The music is slightly slower than it is in DKR, but it's a cool feature that the small white animals (dunno if it's dogs or something) make it sound like turntable scratching.

It's certainly possible that this song is in the new SSB, Brawl, since I haven't unlocked all the songs yet. But to my current knowledge I believe it is only in the DKR game(s).

@Uhiwi Dude, you have no idea how many songs they took from Diddy Kong racing and put them in other games. The main theme at 0:37 in the Spacestation Alpha song is also the pirate theme in the Windwaker Game. A lot of themes originated here.
