  • omg the sound i scary as hill you should hear it sound like undead screaching

  • So what? I live in West Palm Beach and I lived through Hurricane Wilma. It was like 5 times scarier than this.

  • @mainchow10 Ike actually did more damage overall than Wilma in the USA and had a higher storm surge. This was the first real hurricane to his SE Texas in 25 years so it was a big deal. Ike was only a strong Cat 2 in terms of max winds, but was the size of a cat 5. It held together as a cat 2 well north of Houston and VERY wide area had hurricane force winds for several hours. Normally a cat 3 would be a cat 1 by the time it reached Houston. Ike was scary trust me.

  • @billybassman21 I care about the winds the most, but I believe the storm is scary. How much damage?

  • @mainchow10 Inland lots of tree, roof, fence and sign damage. 90% of Houston lost power. Since Houston got the west end of the storm there was little flooding and no tornado's for us. The Bolivar Peninsula was destroyed from the surge and Galveston Island was severely damaged. East of Houston had the worst winds, but Houston didn’t get a break from the eye with 12+ hr high winds Look up the wiki on the storm. It killed people as far north as Indiana. It caused 50 mph wind gust into Canada! Crazy

  • @billybassman21 Wow. What significant damage. I'm convinced. Ike did $7.3 billion of damage but Hurricane Wilma did $20 billion of damage according to Wikipedia.

  • @mainchow10

I did some searching and there are lots of different numbers out there. It looks like in the USA Ike caused 13.5 billion in damage and was 4th behind Wilma. However total counting the damage to the Caribbean Ike was 3rd and Wilma was 4th (I think lol). Either way they were both powerful hurricans.

  • @billybassman21 So I may have been looking at the wrong section in Wikipedia. Oh yeah and how does Ike produce an enormous IKE even though it's winds were a Category 2? Now I know why and how it was named Ike.

  • awesome shit...i wish i was at home when it came through. i was born and raised in houston, and never was able to see a bad storm like this...awesome shit though.

  • Whats so interesting about the car moving? Is the guiy saying Awning or Audi?

  • awning. he's not talking about the car he's talking about the piece of metal that's laying where it shouldn't be

  • it looks like GTA vice city lmfao
