I gotta say one thing about the beginning of this.. you said if you can't handle people saying shit about you, don't be on the internet...

I would say that differently, I would say if you can't handle people being an asshole to you then you should NOT be an asshole to others!

You will have people say things about you anywhere you go, but treating those people well USUALLY makes them want to treat you well. If it doesn't, fuck em. Find someone else to talk to. :)

You do have a good point but think back how often in real life has someone walked up to you said you were (insert racial slur here) and left. How often in real life does someone call you on the phone and say you're gay despite your own sexual preferences. These things happen on the internet where people you never heard of before can and will say the most hurtful things they can think of just for the Lulz

People feel more comfortable online, so they say and do the things they feel like doing in person. It's like alcohol, you don't go out and do things you don't want to do when drunk, you go out and do things you want to do but are afraid to do sober.

I know from personal experience that I can choose to have someone who hates me online like me by being kind to them. I can also choose to cause people to hate me. It's my own choice about who likes me as much as it's the other person's choice.

Haiti in the early 1900's was doing very well. They grew 50%+of the Worlds sugar cane and grew a lot of rice. They were doing very well. Then the US government made Haiti stop the tariff on these crops, this made farmers go out of business and made people move to the cities.

Please give what you can to help the people of Haiti and call your elders to stop watching and giving to the 700 club

A DMCA against your account will result in a stike on your account. Typically with 3 strikes you are suspended as the DMCA has in place a provision that calls for the suspension of repeat infringers of copyright. However the DMCA is vauge as to the definition of repeat offender. Your best bet is to not use other people's material but if you get a copyright strike sometimes you can fight it. It is on a case by case basis.

The thing I am worried about is are there people looking for these videos and DMCAing them on behalf of the 700 Club? Because I really don't want to bother with all that. lol

Well then unfortunatly if it says rejected then you do have an account strike. If you get one more within 6 months you will be suspended for two weeks. Copyright strikes never go away. If you ever decide you wish to get this strike taken off send me a message and I will try and help you as best I can. I have gotten videos back from Viacom

I made a video using this clip, and uploaded it privately.... NO ONE SEEN IT, and I got a DMCA IMMEDIATELY. (A robot got it.)

I spliced it together with multiple clips to form a "message" with it. So it was fair use.

Should I re-upload it and counter claim as the robot gets it again?

I don't know if it was a DMCA, but it was a copyright claim, I know that. (No strike on the channel, for example.)

I think I am able to counter with the click of a button, it's just that I don't want it to TURN INTO a DMCA. If it did, I would just give it up, I am a small channel and it wouldn't get seen a lot anyway. I just made it for a few people I know. It's alright. ;)

I can get past the robot by altering the video, it detected that it was "Content ID match", CBNonline robot got it..
