Witam, zauważyłem, że po wymianie oleju w skrzyni (bmw 1150 gs) - przy rozgrzanym silniku w czasie jazdy - wysącza się olej (kapie na kolektor, ale wyciek jest gdzieś wyżej). Nie sprawdziłem poziomu, na którym stał motocykl wlewając nowy olej. Wg instrukcji - oleju należało wlać do wysokości wlewu na centralnej nóżce, a następnie dolać znów do wysokości wlewu na bocznej. Czy możliwe jest, że oleju jest po prostu za dużo i to jest przyczyną wycieku?

Jak na filmie, stawiasz mot na centralce i sprawdzasz czy jest idealnie poziome. Przelew u góry określa ilość oleju, to wszystko ( 3:44 na filmie!!!)

@mazbymoto dzięki. Tak własnie zrobiłem (po przeczytaniu odpowiedzi na podobne pytanie na forum). A dolałem na bocznej, bo tak opisywała to jakaś stara chyba (nie mogę teraz znaleźć, ale mam wydrukowaną) BMW-R1150GS-Repair-Manual). Napisali tam w seksji: zmiana oleju w skrzyni następującą notkę:

Add oil do the gearbox up to the lower edge of the filler hole, then place the motorcycle on its side (prop) stand and add the remaining 0.2 litres. Sa inne wersje tej instrukcji..

@forforma tej instrukcji, w których są inne nawet wartości sił dokręcania śruby spustu / wlewczej oleju do skrzyni. Coż, nie ma co ufać instrukcjom na ślepo, choćby nawet były to jakieś pisane przez BMW. Kupiłem Hayesa na wszelki wypadek - dziękuję za porady :)

Before drain the gearbox better first check if the gearbox fill bolt (opening) gets lose.

Otherways the gearbox is empty and you can't refill it!

@mazbymoto sorry im not a mechanic expert and it seems that you put a exact pressure on screws because you put enphasis when you´re tightening the screws, in your other videos (engine oil change) sec 5:15 appears 32Nm and because im not expert, not even and mechanic aficionado, I was thinking that you´re following the factory manual or something, that´s why I was thinking that a presicion tighting tool actually exist.

sorry if I don´t know, I just want to know for general culture :)

One possible tip to help: The latex gloves react with oils and get saggy. I tried similar ones but called Nitrile gloves and they don't react with oil/fuel and are a bit thicker.

I also practiced guitar last night to top off the video tuition!!
