@killerpigeon347 it's going to be shot at with missiles, no doubt about it. The flares are a safeguard so heat-seeking missiles can't take it down. The C-130 is going to be transporting things to and from countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan. Not many missile launchers are in these countries as they do cost a lot but there is no doubt they are there.
