Now can i explain that without spoilers? guess i can`t really XD

All i can say us that its from Shotaro Ishinomori the same guy who did Cyborg 009, Kamen Rider, Super Sentai / Power Rangers

And that the Skullman is one of the first Anti heroes ever to appear in the manga genre killing mutated baddies who don`t even know what they are without remorse whilst being hunted down by two annoying reporters aka Joe`s parents ^^ (yes this is plot explanation)

Wow, the ignorance. Skullman came out in 1970and published by Shonen Magazine, Ghost Rider came out in 1972 in Marvel Spotlight #5. So before you go spouting off this BS, I suggest do research and stop watching good anime, enjoy being a narutard.

This manga was the spark that brought kamen rider 2 life. I also read the 1st 4 volumes of the original manga (fyi pay close attention to the graffiti in 11:00-11:30). I love this series. Thank you for posting and I hope to see more. I bought the 1st DVD while I was still in Japan and was pissed cuz it only had one episode. On top of that, rumor has it that the show was canned (or was about to be) because it was too violent (as if what we have seen so far isn't, come on)!

Not waaayyy before ghost rider. Ghost Rider was introduced in 1972, the original Skull Man was introduced in 1970. But yeah, in all accounts you are correct, Skullman came before Ghost Rider. +1 for you sir.
