  • its goes n on n on~

  • Nice and easy.

  • pay attention, you horndogs

  • Have your own Japanese teacher that will teach you the language, virtually "on call" 24 hours a day! See the video - youtube.com/watch?v=wfseANZtMNg

  • You will learn to speak Japanese naturally by understanding the culture and how the language works, lessons on our videos - youtube.com/watch?v=wfseANZtMNg

  • Now how do you say "I'm in love?"

  • @youtubasoarus "Maikoh Kard".

  • Wheres the playlist to watch these from the beggining? In the sidebar they are messed up.

  • @J0RDSKI

Absolutely. Blame Google for all the retarded changes to YT lately.

  • ?? she said wo should know how to count up to a hundred thousand..

    but ni-jyu-man = (20* man = 20*10000=200'000) is 200'000 isnt it???

    Please help me I'm confused...

  • @Gaararschloch She was referring to the "100,000" bracket of numbers. If you're unsure how it works, heres a summary: The trick is in how the numbers are broken. Think of the word "man" as simply a divider, stating the previous set of numbers are above 0,9999. ni man, go-sen kyuu-hyaku ni-juu ichi. 2, 5 9 2 1 Now if i wanted to add on more numbers, hachi-hyaku yon-juu ni-man, go-sen kyuu-hyaku ni-juu ichi 8 4 2, 5 9 2 1 Hope this clears things up for you! (BTW if i'm wrong, please correct me)
  • in chinese man means 10,000

  • awesome! i need to learn alot of japanese! shes a very good teacher

  • hot

  • im japanese actually and my dad lives in japan while i live in america and i really wanted to learn japanese because i was hoping to go japan sometime this year so these videos have been really helpful

  • Use SanByakuGoJyuYon

  • this girl is hot. I wish she was my Japanese teacher.

  • She is! Right here on youtube.

  • Im trying to teach myself some basic japanese and so far it seems pretty straight forward i was worried it was going to be like french lol. The comma being used after every forth digit im sure will confuse me greatly lol. but these lessons are good, I just wish she had a bigger board to write on so i could keep refering back to number 1-10 lol.

  • i hate to tell you this, but it's going to get a lot harder. i studied french for 5 years and i found it to be very easy. if you had problems with french grammar wait till you begin japanese grammar with particle words and verb conjugation. they say it takes 3 times more effort (than say spanish or french) for us westerners to learn a language such a japanese, korean or arabic because of the grammar differences. don't be discouraged, it's doable but it takes lots of time and effort!

  • Is there anything that you recommend for practicing/studying Japanese grammar? I'm going to be starting Japanese soon and I'm trying to come in with a basic knowledge or familiarity with the language.

(I too studied French for 5-6 years and found it to be easy)

  • I highly recommend Genki: An Integrated Course in Elementary Japanese. It is the most comprehensive and thorough Japanese-learning method I've come across. After you finish Genki I, there is Genki II. It would be very beneficial if you can find a native Japanese tutor or friend to practice the exercises with. But I suppose doing them alone would be better than nothing.

There might be times when you feel like quitting, but once you get the fundamentals of grammar down it gets easier. Good luc

  • no ruselewis, 10,511 says ichiman go hyaku jyuich and 12,511 is ichi man nisen go hyaku juich. 10,000 to them is ichi man its how they count their money

  • ok so for 20 its --- nijyu--30=sanjyu--40=shijyu/yonjyu---50-gojyu...ect ect?

  • yeah, with every tenth you add the first number(ex ni jyu=20) with jyu behind it. it takes a little practice but do it everyday.

  • im only 13 and i know over 200 words and numbers! thanks you really helped me.Now im ready to go to Japan

  • same here

  • These lessons are great!

so would a random number like, 10,511 = ju go hyaku ju itchi man. and 12,511 = ju ni go hyaku itchi man.

  • i don't get the end part when she sayed upto 100,000 i got the rest it's just that!! can someone help??????!?!?

  • Lol its easy, you know how we say one hundred thousand or something?Well Man is the ending for thousand instead of sen just being numbers within the thousand. For example like she sayd Jyu(10)Man(end thousasnd) is 10,000.And Jyu-ichi-man is 10thousand and one. hope that helped.

  • i love this im 11 and i use it on my friends all the time they yell at me cause they cant understand me...lol its funny=) thanks for teaching me=)

  • No! We Japanese also put comma every three digits.

I've never heard that Japanese put digits every four digits.

  • @stuart1983 My wife is Japanese and she also said she's never heard of anyone putting a comma every 4 digits

  • How confusing :(

  • well mabey your just starting. it is confusing at first, but keep practicing and you'll get really good

  • why dont you talk about the exceptions. like for example: three hundred 300 would be san byaku, NOT san hyaku.Other than that i actually learned someting. i did not know that commas were every 4th letter and not 3rd

  • what does she look like? italian??? she also has a japanese accent. your a dipshit

  • Your videos are great. My 12 year old loves them, he is learning how to count in Japanese. thank you. Keep up the great work.

  • Thanks and you are beautiful. I also really like the background you have there. I mean, it looks like a very classy place.

  • AGREED!
