here is a guide to beating him on normal/hard.

1. switch to whipfist(make sure its fully upgraded)

2. keep using the special attack on him(Y for xbox)

3. when he comes at you dodge and attack him again

4. once hes stunned get on him quickly and attack him as much as possible

5. make sure to dodge his tendrils or ur dead

6. repeat and u should win easily.

note: i beat him on hard without him doing any damage to me although the military did quite some damage. i beat him in about under 7 mins :)

i actually didnt find this boss hard, well he was hard but i made it on my first attempt with no really close ones. This game is great, tobad its installation freezes so cant reinstall it kinda sucks.

When I first met this boss with just half of my health his tentacle devastator killed me in 1 hit! I was like "huh?", "hey!" "wtf?" lol... After that i was just running around and throwing stuff at him =D

This game looked amazing in preview and could have been soo muc better.

The story is a bit phew. His sister is just like, I dont knowwhats going on, or what you are, but Ill get on my laptop and help. And when he is fighting some Humans, like the specialist, he cant grab him? Bullshit, he can fly-kick a tank to an explosion! lol

In the end it was a good game...agree the story was a little...well...it wasn't put together as it should have been, although the zombie apocalypse with monsters and shit is good...and the powers he had made the game great.

Pros: Powers,zombies,blood,cool moves,eat memories and gain abilities from the eaten.

Cons: Bad story.

Meh, I thought the final boss was a let down. It's the same boss you fight in the Hive, but easier since you don't have all the Infected breathing down your neck. I found that Greene was far more frustrating.

No, there still hate you (Alex), but beleive it or not, you can pretty much make them fight the whole battle, exept the last 1/3 of it (nuke part).

The easiest boss ever seen. Use devastators (single target) or in muscle mass mode throw missiles and bomb. Stun him and kick his ass. Good luck.

eziest strategy is armour+blade and he will usually block if u go up rite after that hit him with a couple of times and he will be immobilized for a few secs and just hit em hrd, doesnt take 2 long just watch out for his devastator

this boss is realy easy, with the right tactics, i just used the whip (don't use armor it will slow u down) non-stop jumped around and attacked him from long range, he hitted me only once through the battle

These bosses are not hard at all. You must have no gameing experience. I beat every boss first try no deaths accept the first guy because I didn't know what to do. You put armor on you get the muscle arms and throw rockets at him how fucking hard is it to die?

The hole in that is that the boss (supreme hunter in this case) jumps right after you and if you'v actully played this game i wont need to say hes got a really powerfull melee now do i? Even with armor his melee does a ridcilius amount of damage (even for an end game boss) Not to mention theres about 50 kinds of Knockdown (Landing after jumping,Smashing,Somehow he manages to smash me down dispite me being in the air the time the blow lands)

And just NOTHING seems to do any real damage to him.

Stop, you have not played the game at all stop trying to be some expert at it when you have not even played it. This boss is simple and I don't care who says he is not. If you though he was hard then stop going for the "Nice Guy" Achievement.

I dont pose as an ''expert'' Im just good at understanding storylines.

Its not an easy boss it is infact one of the hardest and most annoying boss,

Hes got a ton of kockdown and he does redicilus amounts of damage even with armor mode on

It wouldnt have been so bad if armor mode didnt cut moblility so badly as Supreme hunter does require alot of movement when you need to regen (even cosuming can be disrupted)

This is not a hard boss at all. This guy is no Ram off of GoW [Nice Guy] achievement is consuming 10 or less people through the entire game. Unless you are going for that no reason you can't beat this guy. You should of maxed out your run and jump before you tried this...

for the game play and everything i would give prototype a 10 but the bosses lowered down to 9. almost every boss is a pain in the ass and takes numerous times to beat them on the skin of your nose.

for me i beat it on hard the best way is to use the sword thing reguraly chargfed with armor and then if u have it use the crital mass attack were you throw out a burst of tentacles in a straight line when you have it

if you had watched the cut scene after the fight you would have seen that the supreme hunter regenerated.

this boss is easy if you use muscle mass + muscle mass throw. Throw everything but the missles then when the countdown starts use the missles.

I thought the story got more intense towards the end, as the infection takes hold and the city starts changing it become incredibly chaotic and panic stricken which made it so immersive, I actually cared about the city seeing it deteriorate, the game is groundbreaking in that sense.  The missions were varied and exciting and the story is epic. This game is brilliant.

The same? Well you just stated 3 completely different types of missions right there! Then theres chase missions, helicopter missions, tank missions etc etc not forgetting the epic boss battles, that is alot more variety in missions than alot of games have and even if missions do revolve around specific objectives, its the action which is the essence. Alot of games dont even have missions but just run and gun and kill.

Epic boss battles? i would called them pain in the ass.

The diffrent vechiles mission are just diffrent kill missions basicly so those really count under ''Kill this'' catagory.

Also when i said those 3 i ment they'r basicly the same trought the entire game all of the missions is either one or the other (or god forbid a combintion of the 2 of them.) Which is fun if you spend 2 mins a day gaming but gets really boring after 10 mins.

IMO random run ang gun is alot better then repedtive missions

yeah he is, a very frustrating fight.

At first I tried to just throw things at him but the best way seem to be sword.

wait after he does an attack, air dodge it and attack with a normal , fully charged attack.

often this will stun him enough for a quick succession of attack that will lead to you grabbing him and dealing more damage.

also every time he sits there and cowers, he will do the devastating tentacle attack, just back away and absorb people for health.

TYTYTYTY! That helped so much. I fought that annoying boss over and over the time limit kept getting me, I was trying to fight him ranged, and kite him around using weapons and missles on deck. Would do ok until the time limit popped. Thanks for posting!

From what i understand, The military didnt they captured green to try and perfect the virus but well we know what happend.

They didnt keep greens kids, They killed it.

Cross was the supreme hunter at the end, Alex is the blacklight virus,he is not human anymore.

But yeah theres so many holes in the story you really forced to fill the blanks with ''most likelys'' and the boss fights are just.. I lack a word for rage of that level.

I really dont know, But cross is the Supreme hunter in the ending... Thats for sure.

If you look at the generals memorys or W/e the 1 armed guys name was you see that he was the one that killed the baby by using a meat cleaver(I seriously dont know what that kind of knife is called in english) and chopping its head off.

That's what they were going for, to let people look at the story and have two completley different views upon the story, it's supposed to have holes in it, it's supposed to let people drawn their own tale about it. So the 'most likelys' are just what they were going for.
