Ugh. I appreciate posting videos of this awesome game, but blurry video quality plus rock music over all the ingame music and sound pretty much makes this unwatchable.
i played this with three friends , my main teams are isengard and dwarves, so me and my friend were on each others teams by mistake, so i was dwarves and he was goblins and vice versa for the other 2 friends who were mordor and elves
i beat brutal so its easy lol im pretty good online aswell... but now i cant get online as it says " cannot connect to battle for middle earth online" :(
The biggest porblem is that brutal AI never uses the tunnels, that rest a lot of the possible estrategic endevours they coul do with their fucking well trained army of dwarves. I'd defeated them with very little work in plain maps, the greatest adventages of all the armies of good is the capacity of armor resistance and the cheapness in some of the fiercest units in the game: the elven archers, the human riders and also "los montaraces de Ithilien", and the dwarf army
Azog, no question about it. Especially at level 4 (or 5, I can't remember) with his bonus damage skill he owns. You have to constantly keep an eye on him though, cuz he tends to die a lot :P
How do you beat 3 brutals with Mordor by yourself?
I hear people go on about beating multiple Brutal armies by themselves. How? they send a shitload of troops at your resource buildings within like 2 minutes.
the Bfme games are awsome but i think to much emphasis is placed on heros an takes the edge away from troop movment and tactics. dwarves are awsme in this game but all factions are enjoyable to play. any one know if there is any plans to bring out a new game or another expansion like rise of the witch king?
i don't find playing as goblins is too hard, i always win against the dwarves, but then again i only play solo against medium computers (i can't download the online feature x.x). great video btw lol

I suck with Gobs. You are right as I found out. You have to keep the pressure on the enemy if you're playing Goblins. But I like to see the Dragon in action. It is too bad they made Drogoth so weak against archery.
@2Mazed I guess, could upgrade all of the heroes enough to pose a challenge to him. Thrandiul is too powerful. But I like power in games and books. I am currently reading this book called Vengeance of Valdorian on Smashwords, it is a cheap ebook and I bought it and have enjoyed it immensely! Reminds me a lot of Lord of the Rings. Only problem is, I want to talk to people about the characters and no one seems to know about it. Oh well.
Use Guardians. Start off with 2 mines and that Guardian place and work slowely from there, rush them first with 3 or 4 guardians while doing that make another mine then make more guardians keep doing this until you have destroyed at least 2 economy buildings and all their unit making buildings keep close with mines and do quick attacks against builders and economy buildings, keep upgrading everything in your base and make a wall, you shouldn't be beaten here.
Who said anything about an accomplishment? I beat Brutal for breakfast. That's just to show some basic strategies with goblins, since I can't record while online (laggy :/ )
wtf? the only way someone cannot lose to brutal no matter how bad they are, is if they put a 95% handicap on the enemy. Other wise you need to know some strategies in order to beat Brutal Armies.
@Kayruul of course not. I can beat brutals whichever they are. All you need to do is attack because if you don't they'll build up a strong economy and overwhelm you. But as long as you stay in their half and attacking, and sending gradually stronger units, you should beat them. For example with Angmar you spam more and more thrall masters while building enormous economy, then you get Hwaldar for leadership, keep attacking, and as soon as you get 15 power points the giants do the rest.

Umm, sorry but I thought we were talking about the expansion "Rise of the Witch-King" not the original BFME 2. In the expansion you can get BW from lvl 1 forge works and in order to get trolls with the gobs you have to level the fissure to level 2. So maybe I'm right when I'm telling you that this strategy in this specific game, will NOT work !

He can always switch back to phalanxes and finish off my troll. Spider Riders are one of the BEST cavalry in game no matter what you may have experienced. Also dwarven archers are not crap and it this particular map it's ridiculously easy to obtain them from the inn. If you add fire arrows drogoth won't survive for more than 10 seconds.

i think you should get call of the wild men as your second power instead of getting 2 5points powers they really own if you're on the attack
