  • The most important question to ask yourself is does my doctor know about this product and if not why?

Bios Life Slim is listed in the PDR it's a natural product that reduces bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol without harmful side effects, it also helps with weight loss and diabetes without stimulants

  • awesome info.! thx doc

  • canola oil and olive oil aren't as healthy as it makes out on this video

  • Saturated fats are not always the culprit. Organic non hydrogenated coconut oil is more than beneficial. Also beef is fine IF it is grass fed. The ratios of omega 3 and 6 are perfect in grass fed or any wild meat. It is the grains they are fed incommercial feed lots that changes the omega 3-6 to an unhealthy ratio with excess omega 6. I appreciate the truth in this video but I feel this needed further explanation. No processed meats.

  • I heard if you have low LPA levels, you can have high cholesterol and triglicerides and be fine.

  • My tri's are at 86. I eat a high fat/ low carb diet...eggs, meat, fish, chicken.

  • Just found out today that my fasting triglyceride level was 450. I was prescribed Gemfibrozil. I was advised about my diet and excercise, but the info in this video about the low fat diet was counterintuitive and interesting.

    Thanks

  • Mne was 423, I wasn't prescribed to anything. Just told me to exercise and stop eating and drinking.

  • @earthpet Last year my triglyceride level was 1100, i was also prescribed gemfibrozil, but was feeling unpleasant side effects of irregular heartbeat, so i stopped taking it, and just started exercising and taking fish oil, that number dropped to 430, not where i should be, but it is less then half of what It was. I stopped drinking alcohol completely which i think was a major contributor to the level over 1000!
