If Dante was technically born a thousand years ago how is he still alive? His he like the Immortals from Highlander where they just stay middle aged until they get their heads chopped off? I think I calculated that Dante ages 1 year every 50 years. Which adds up to being 20 years old in human years and 1,000 years old in demon years. If I'm right Dante is about 20 in DMC 1, though he seems mid-twenties from his voice...

@AMP2K1 Wait what? Dante wasn't born one thousand years ago lol, he's in his late 20's in DMC1, I believe. You must be thinking of Sparda, who sealed the demon world about 2000 years before DMC1, but that has nothing to do with a birth of any kind. It's obvious Dante can't be that old though, considering that Sparda didn't end up having his children until near the end of his life.

@AMP2K1 I'm sorry for confusing you, I got those numbers because the game never mentions the age of Dante's mother. I had to assume that she was relatively young when she met Sparda. I just thought it was weird how Dante ages and counting how old he would be in demon years which is why I made that scale. So i guess Sparda was alive much longer after he sealed the gates of Hell. But I don't know how Sparda can be in two time periods at once?

dmc 3&4 were the best imo, granted they both took things from their predecessors. the style, setting, cutscenes, gameplay, characters and personalities were ace. that's just me though.

DMC1, IMO, had the BEST music, the BEST atmosphere, and the BEST monsters/ bosses, therefore, it was the BEST game. DMC4 is but second to it's awesomeness.

I have to agree with the one below me. The atmosphere in DMC1 had more of a horror feel to it. While the others had more of an actiony feel to it. But that's beside the point, I have to say this is one of my favorite songs in DMC1.
