I don't take my anger out on people unless they draw the short straw and piss me off after I was already pissed off. But I only get pissed from people antagonizing other people so they deserve whatever I deal. To handle my anger I seek isolation, my mom was always a bitch like that- wanted me to have friends and all that stuff but I am honestly a geek. haha i have anger management or whatever the hell...punching walls and sighns and shit helps alot so does cussing...i have punched many walls and sighns

I agree with the counselor about Teens and anger,. They don't know how to deal with it! My Son gets really angry and turns over furniture and breaks things. He needs serious Angermanagement. He has different problems!
