maybe you didnt enable anything in seplugins.

do everything again.if you do everything correctly it'll work.if you did everything correctly and it still doesn't work your psp maybe damaged or the version is low.like my other psp that fell down the stairs(when I try to update it doesn't work)

yo have to go 2 your recovery menu, go down to advanced. then plug your usb into your computer and psp. then click toggle usb (flash0). after you do that, the thingy will pop up. click the vsh folder. and open the folder for your theme. copy the stuff thats in the module folder n put it in the module forlder for your psp and do the same with the resource folder

The PSP does reboot when it changes into a CTF theme.Maybe you haven't put the CXMB right or the seplugin.Not putting something right is the only reason for it to not change into the CTF

3.90 still has more themes than 5.00
