  • Thanks for the funny playthrough guys!

I have only ever played this in 2player mode...

...as soon as I get another friend I am going to see if three = more fun!

  • what emulator did u use?

  • who is who

  • cp1 or cp2 has netplay..

  • Sorry if this has been asked before but, what emulater is this? Cause MAME has no netplay apparantly.

  • 2 versions of 6 characters. A lot of branching paths. Cool backgrounds that change color.

Quite a brawler. Good effort from Capcom-

  • hey :) what system is this for

  • I've only played it in the arcade. I have no idea how MAME works, but it might work for that-

  • I like Tiro's voice. He sounds like he should narrate movies about outer space, or something awesome.

  • Oh crap, I can't even bear to watch the rest of the clips. Too funny.

  • isnt there golden dragons in D&D lore?

  • Yes there is.

  • RPGeni

    ChazDr

    lol

  • I suck in my D&D but is Black isles and Capcoms D&D based on same world?

  • Unlikely. Capcom is probably just in generic D&D land. (coughGreyhawkcough)

  • "oh shit its gonna kill us!" ..."komo es ta"

  • It's spelt Como estas, "How are you?" I thought you'd like to know

  • This never gets old.

Watching it for the 5th time now!

  • como esta is a spanish words meaning how are you?

  • great video, thanks , have you done one for tower of doom? i know it's a short game, but you should do it, it's a good game too...

why not have 4 players at once? should have used the warrior, as well as the cleric, theif, and magic user, but i like the elf better than the magic user, but oh wells

  • Awesome opening; "Where's the coin button?"

  • i want to know what COMO ESTAS means...

  • If I remember my spanish, it's 'how are you'.

  • It was a joke about the European version of D&D TOD. Apparently there was a translation flub where the Red Dragon spoke spanish.

Therefore all red dragons in D&D speak spanish. *nods sagely*

  • Red are spanish, black dragons are african, blue are swedish, yellow are asian and green are from the jungle.....

  • There are no yellow dragons. However, there are brown and white. LEARN YOUR D&D!

  • that seem like a cool game where can i get it?

  • You cant..unless you can find the arcade machine and stuff. Otherwise, consult your local emu source.

  • what you mean?

  • It's an arcade game, though should of been apparent when we had to "insert coins". You cant get the game unless you own the arcade machine or have an emulator.

  • how could i get a emulator and get this game?

  • google it..or PM one of us is a good start. *poke*

  • You can get it on the Sega Saturn or PC

  • dude it sounds like 7 persons xP

  • Is Topaz the one that sounds like a groggy pothead that pops up to talk randomly?

  • Groggy pothead? Not my fault I have a New England accent...

  • Im sorry..but that is the best part of the whole LP: COMO ESTAS D=<

XD hahaha.. no one is going to understand that joke there...

  • Holy shit! I always wanted to see RPGenie and ChazDragoon play Shadows over Mystara! My wish has been granted!

  • Not only that..you get Tiro as a bonus! All this and more for the low price of 99 99 99!! =3

  • It's over 9000... T_T

  • LOL, the first quest... actually starting the game...

Here, guys, I'll lend you some money... just hope it takes Canadian quarters. ;)

  • This game is so awesome. What an awesome LP this could be. Tons of playable characters, more arcade D&D Fun. Man. If only you could save your charw hen you finsihed :D

  • That's a good idea...ill note that down as an idea if i develop a arcade game like this.

  • WHERE TO? Lol. THat was a good one. XD

Wow, I love all the choices made-- Cleric, THief, and Magicuser. I never heard of the class "Elf" though. Lol.

  • Elf was a class not a race in first edition, I believe. Hell, I haven't played D&D more than once or twice ever, but I gleamed that from various forums. I'm sure hearsay is completely legit. =P

  • See, we need more beat-'em-ups like this!

All I have is the Dynasty/Samurai Warriors series. :(

  • Agreed...This was the last of the great Capcom Beat'em Ups. It was re-released on Sega Saturn (Dungeons and Dragons collection).

  • A shadow then...I should fear the shadow, but I don't. :)
