I'm a Virginia Tech fan but I also like the Vols due to my proximity to both teams.

The SEC is the best conference in the nation. I mean, look at what all they've won. Look at who is in their conference. Tennessee (though they have been in quite a slump), Auburn has their seasons, Alabama, LSU, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas has their good seasons.

The SEC has won the last 4 national championships and are probably going to make it 5 with Bama.

Tennessee knows all about that from 2001 when they had a Rose Bowl trip locked up if they'd beaten' L.S.U. in the SEC Championship.
