Bono sang it better, Adam's version makes it seem like he's trying to sing the song with as much vocal as possible, but it comes out too strong for the meaning of the song. Bono's voice probably not as strong in this song as Adam but his voice is subtle and mellow and accentuates the emotions and lyrics in this song, imho.

honestly,I think Adam Lamberts version is so much better. Sometimes the original singer cant come close to a second version. This is one of those songs that does just that. Great Song, but I love Adams betters.
