You could reduce the defecit in a year. Legalise drugs, regulate it's strengths and quantities and tax it. Mass produced, cheap, huge tax gains. That wouldn't include production, distribution and regulation costs.
i can understand where people are coming from. a parent test could lead to such things like licenses for children, bringing about in a possibiblty a blackmarket of children, and we already have traffickin problems. social services are suposed to be educating parents, and also with the test. a parent may pass it when they fiurst have their kids. then due to other things in their life they may fall beneath the standard.

Good movie. It has a good twist in it that will keep you interested the whole time. This characters played their part beautifully as usual. Amazing film! Brilliant movie. Was definitely one of the very best movies I've seen in ages. Incredibly intense and suspenseful at times, and at other times it revealed Michael Cane's character as a simple, tender and moral old gentlemen. So brilliant!

You could reduce the defecit in a year. Legalise drugs, regulate it's strengths and quantities and tax it. Mass produced, cheap, huge tax gains. They reckon 20% of the population have taken weed for a sustained period for some point in their life. Estimates show nearly £1bn a year could be made on Marajuana alone. That wouldn't include production, distribution and regulation costs.

i can understand where people are coming from. a parent test could lead to such things like licenses for children, bringing about in a possibiblty a blackmarket of children, and we already have traffickin problems. social services are suposed to be educating parents, and also with the test. a parent may pass it when they fiurst have their kids. then due to other things in their life they may fall beneath the standard.

Because of the national debt, we haven't the money to look after Britain's criminals anymore, especially when it comes to the policy of talking to them, reasoning with them to 'rehabilitate' them. I don't think a rapist stops to reason with his victim. We need to tackle the poverty and deprivation as well as social problems.

Sadly, this is a reflection (albeit for dramatic purposes) of large chunks of Britain today.
Basically, a bunch of total c"£%s who think it is America and all gangsta. They terrorise innocent people, intimidate in their hoods and perform no actual function other than be a menace. There are knives, drugs and guns on the streets of England now...
This film may be performing a role as entertainment, but it reflects the harsh realities of life in Britain today (at it's worst).
