@minaudos idk about Vic, but here in SA you can't modify pipes at all. you can't modify pretty much anything unless you desperately have to (broken down, worn out etc). dont know if that helps, but hope you find out buddy, Varex systems are the bomb.
im gettin my varex installed on my commodore as we speak now..
buttt
its on my ve commodore ute..
and its IMPOSSIBLE to connect the power to control the volume coz it almost impossible to getpower from anywhere and with my hardtop in the way makes it impossible to go trough to the cabbin to get the ciggerette lighter.
haha r u guys stupid.. the g8 is the australia built ve commodore just built for the us only thing different is a few bits and pieces like the front grill and the rear spoiler maby u should read up on stuff be4 u go blabbing about..
Is that right Dan! Do a search on Varex sti and you will find that X-Force had one out well over 12 months ago. So who has copied who...? Anyway bypass valves aren't new!! So, how is it a "poor copy"?
Exactly. They are different products for different markets trying to achieve a different end result for a different price point. That is why the comparison is invalid. BTW the Varex has no drop off in performance it adds power. Regarding emmisions, I have no info on that so can't comment, but I would imagine as long as the catalytic converters are good quality and in the same place there would be no problem here either.
@WTSMiniEvenniaLOL Google is your friend. Seriously.

Fuck I love the sound. Does the exhaust system improves fuel efficiency/power too?
666demonknight666 2 years ago
lol performance yes, fuel economy, no.
billiesubs 1 year ago
@billiesubs @666demonknight666 actually, it might improve economy due to better efficiency(better breathing).

The Commodore: Is that make by Renault? I live in the US so yeah... Never seen anything like that.

yes you have. Pontiac G8 dude. Google it.

Our G8s look nothing like that. May have the same engine and chassis, but definitely not the same exterior.

Wortec isnt a bypass valve. Thats why no drop off in performance and no emissions issues.
