Actually there were different guys who rode rainbows in mythology that's how they traveled from Asgard which is mentioned in Thor comics. Also a guy called Glorian I think it was rode rainbows in Hulk comics. Weather Wizard rode on Cloud in Flash comics. Doomster in a Dial H for Hero story rode lightning.Color Commando had colored weapons also in a dial h for hero story. Color Kid had power to change color of objects. Ray rode on light beam but if you turned beacon off he fell, last few heroes.

Yeah Rainbow Raider always makes the "worst of" list. Although now expired, he'd make an interesting character under the Vertigo imprint as a revamped eco terrorist. Crazy Quilt is actually not bad, just needs a little makeover into a completely tattooed, bald-headed psychopath; a perfect stuffing for Arkham! Love his fucked up eyes BTW!
